Deliveries and returns
At Noire, we're committed to providing you with a complexity-free shopping experience, with fast delivery and simplified returns.
Metropolitan France: 3 to 5 working days for standard deliveries.
Europe: 5 to 8 working days, depending on country.
International: Delivery times may vary according to destination and delivery method.
We currently ship to the following countries:
Europe: Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, United Kingdom, Sweden and Switzerland.
International: United States, Canada, Guadeloupe and Martinique.
Delivery charges:
Metropolitan France: Free delivery to a relay point for orders of €60 or more. For orders below this amount, a charge of €5.90 applies for home delivery and €6.90 for delivery to a “point relais”.
International: Charges are calculated according to the destination country and the weight of the order. Any customs charges are at the customer's expense.
2. Returns
In accordance with article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. This period allows you to return any item that does not suit you, without having to give any reason.
- Items must be returned unopened, unused and in their original packaging.
- Products must be undamaged and in a condition suitable for resale.
- Personalized or perishable items are not eligible for return.
If the product does not meet these conditions, a refund cannot be made and the order will be returned to you at your expense.
1. Contact our customer service department at community@noireskincare.co, specifying your order number and the reason for the return, and enclosing a photo of the unopened product (or package).
2. You are responsible for return shipping costs. We will provide you with the return address once your request has been validated.
3. Carefully wrap the items to be returned and drop them off at a post office or relay point, according to the instructions provided.
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund within 7 working days.
If the entire order is returned, we will also refund the original delivery charge (in the case of standard delivery only). The refund will be made via the original payment method, unless you prefer a credit note on our store.
Refund exclusions:
- Express or international delivery charges will not be refunded, unless the product is defective.
- Damaged or used products cannot be refunded in full.
