Are your treatments suitable for all skin types?
Our treatments are formulated to adapt to all skin types, from the driest to the most sensitive, with the expertise of dermatologists to guarantee optimal respect for the skin. Despite our efforts, each skin is unique, and it is possible that a product does not suit everyone. We welcome your feedback to continue to improve.
Are your products suitable for light skin?
Our products have been developed with the specific needs of medium to dark skin in mind, which is particularly prone to hyperpigmentation. However, their formulas remain just as effective on lighter skin, providing a uniform and luminous action regardless of skin tone.
How long do your treatments last after opening?
Most of our treatments can be stored for up to 12 months after opening. Each product has a symbol on the label and packaging indicating its precise shelf life. Remember to check them carefully to take full advantage of our formulas.
How do I store my NOIRE care products?
To preserve the effectiveness of your NOIRE care, keep them in a cool place, away from direct light. Consult the instructions on the label and packaging, in case some require specific conditions.
Do you plan to expand your range?
Our permanent range consists of 4 essentials to cleanse, unify, moisturize, protect. A reduced and targeted selection for a complete routine, without excess. However, we plan to expand the range with complementary products for radiance and spot treatment, as well as seasonal editions, adapted to the needs of each time of year.

How are your treatments formulated?
Our formulas are developed in France, with the support of derma-cosmetic experts. Each ingredient is carefully selected for its proven effectiveness and precisely dosed according to current standards. The formulas, totally exclusive, guarantee high-performance care with proven effectiveness.
Where are your products manufactured?
The country of origin of our raw materials varies according to each ingredient: our active ingredients come mainly from Europe, while natural ingredients such as argan and olive oil come from Morocco, and pure shea butter from Africa. Manufacturing and packaging are carried out in France and Morocco, thus promoting local know-how that we value. Each stage of production complies with international standards: our treatments are ECOCERT certified and meet ISO 22716 quality standards, thus guaranteeing safe, effective formulas produced in an environmentally friendly manner.
What are the main active ingredients in your treatments?
Because radiance and even skin tone are at the heart of our concerns, we select powerful active ingredients known for their effects: stabilized vitamin C, alpha-arbutin, tranexamic acid, niacinamide, kojic acid and glycolic acid. For optimal hydration, we rely on squalane and hyaluronic acid. On the natural side, turmeric, papaya and carrot oil bring a unique radiance to our formulas.
Are your products dermatologically tested?
Yes, all our treatments are dermatologically tested to guarantee safety and effectiveness. Before their launch, each of them undergoes rigorous laboratory tests, in compliance with mandatory standards. Then, our products are tested on a panel of 30 to 40 women to observe their effects on different skin types and ensure optimal tolerance. Today, the many positive opinions from our customers confirm the effectiveness of our treatments every day.

What to do in case of a skin reaction?
We have designed each formula to suit the most sensitive skin. However, some types may react to specific active ingredients. In this case, reduce the application of the treatment concerned, then resume at an alternating pace. If symptoms persist, stop using it immediately and consult a professional if necessary. Orders and deliveries
How do I track my order?
After your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number and details. Once the package is ready to be shipped, a second email containing a tracking link will be sent to you, depending on the carrier chosen.
What to do in case of damaged product?
In case of damaged product, please contact us by email at community@noireskincare.co with your order number and a photo of the product received. We will promptly arrange a new shipment to replace the item.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship to the following countries:
Europe : Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, United Kingdom, Sweden and Switzerland.
International : United States, Canada, Guadeloupe and Martinique.
Do you have physical points of sale?
